Arrhythmia Alliance offers an affiliation scheme for voluntary and charitable organisations and industry members.

There are many benefits to entering a formal association with Arrhythmia Alliance, and although the organisation must comply with a few guidelines, independence will be retained. The degree of involvement with A-A is entirely dependent on the wishes of the respective organisation.


 Arrhythmia Alliance offers its affiliates the following opportunities:

  • Opportunity to join forces on relevant projects & campaigns
  • Support & advocacy for the work of the independent organisation
  • Higher profile on A-A website (www.heartrhythmcharity.org.uk)
  • Opportunity to advertise events, conferences & meetings on Arrhythmia Alliance website and e-bulletins
  • Signposting to relevant organisations and A-A members
  • Links and contacts with other organisations
  • Arrhythmia Alliance representation at events/meetings
  • Funding advice

Requirements for affiliation:
Organisations must:

  • Fully comply with the aims & objectives of Arrhythmia Alliance as approved by the Charity Commission:
    • To Raise Awareness of Cardiac arrhythmias
    • To Improve Diagnosis of Cardiac arrhythmias
    • To Improve Treatment of Cardiac arrhythmias
    • To Improve Quality of Life for people living with Cardiac arrhythmias
  • Provide an outline of its aims & objectives/governing document
  • Request permission to use the Arrhythmia Alliance logo at all times and evidence what its use is to be.
     

Important Information

Patient groups may publish the phrase;

 ‘Affiliated to Arrhythmia Alliance – The Heart Rhythm Charity’

once the declaration has been signed.

Arrhythmia Alliance reserves the right to disaffiliate a group at any time if it fails to meet the affiliation requirements or acts in such a way so as to bring the name and reputation of the Arrhythmia Alliance into disrepute.


Arrhythmia Alliance is unable to provide funding for affiliates but will provide funding application advice.

Arrhythmia Alliance is not legally responsible for the actions, activities or insurance policies of individual groups.
